    This Girl is Awesome

I love this girl so, so much. I want to hang out with her so bad she’s hilarious.

    Dissidia 012[duodecim] Out Today!

I well liked this game, you can find a review of it in this month’s Front Magazine and it is OUT TODAY for the PSP.

Here is the launch trailer with lots of Lightning in it.

    Sim-Wise’s Favourite Books.

Here is part 2 of Sim-Wise’s guide to her comics and books. This time it’s mainly books. Her favourite ones. Good times.

Sim-Wise on Books and Comics, Part 1

Seeing as you all liked the last video so much, here is another video of Sim-Wise showing you round her Nerdvana, this time chatting bollocks about her book and comic collection. Lovely.

    Sim-Wise’s Gaming Setup.

How the hell do you spell ‘setup’? Set-up? SET UP? Nah. Shit.

Anyway, however you spell it… here is Sim-Wise’s gaming setup in her new flat.

    Enjoy.

    Bean The Sonic Expert Returns!

Bean reviews Neo Geo’s Sonic Pocket Adventure and then things get a bit off track…

Note to self: don’t do interviews while a bit tipsy.

    Making New Friends in Kingston.

So the GOOD news is that my internet is up, so expect more gaming news and updates coming out of every Project Bunker orifice in the immediate future.

In the meantime, here is what I got up to at the weekend:

I don’t know if posting that makes me a cock, but I thought it was pretty funny.

/Facepalm of the Day: Steve Pope.

This man thinks that two hours of gaming has the same effect of snorting a line of coke. Personally I think he has been reading that Alex Ferguson book more than the Psychology one and has been slacking on the job. Here is what he said on BBC Radio 5Live last night:

“Spending two hours on a game station is equivalent to taking a line of cocaine in the high it produces in the brain… It’s the silent killer of our generation. We’re now onto second generation game station players who have always grown up with it. Computer game addiction can also spiral into violence as after playing violent games, they may turn their fantasy games into reality.”

Pope also urged any parents listening to the broadcast to “go upstairs to your kids bedroom and try and take the game station controller out of their hands”.

What a douche. He clearly knows nothing about video games. Who the hell says ‘games station controller’??

    I rest my case.

Dragon Age 2 is Very Shiny and is OUT NOW.

I had a go on that Dragon Age 2 I did. I was indecisive about it as it doesn’t have Alistair in it and he is my betrothed and the only computer game character I have ever wanted to have sex with. BUT, it does look really shiny and nice and more awesome than the last one so I will let it off. Who knows, maybe I will end up fancying the grizzly man in this one… such is my warped mind.

Anyway, here is the launch trailer:
